Food3~ Japanese Loving Sashimi at Dinner

I eat sashimi three or four times a week at dinner. The most popular sashimi must be tuna. As for second position, each person has his or her own opinion. My ranking is following: second is kuruma ebi(prawn), third is hotate gai(scallop), forth is aka gai(ark shell),fifth is uni(sea urchin),sixth is ika(squid),seventh is hirame(plaice),eighth is aji(mackerel),ninth is ama ebi(shrimp) and tenth is ikura(salmon roe).
Sashimi of today's dinner are set by tuna, boiled octopus, shrimp and ark shell. I try to be careful for not having tuna too much because of mercury contamination though I am very sorry.

Tuna, boiled octopus and shrimp on the bed made of daikon(Japanese radish) and shiso(labiate). This was sold at a fish shop for $6.

I love any kind of shellfish because these have "umami"(special taste which makes us excited) and good feeling when I bite them, not too soft, not tough. $8 for three pieces of ark shell.

The best partner for sashimi as an alcohol must be sake (Japanese rice wine). I drink it both warm and cold.

the left cup~vegetable and fishcake(food fried minced fish meat) boiled and seasoned
the right cup~seaweed miso soup. It is tasty though the look is terrible.

I like sashimi too.
How much Daria'selection is in sushi bar?
I think $100 at Ginza.
But that's very good.
And I recommend that everyone eat sashimi with sake

I also pay about $100 at a sushi bar which I usually visit. Whenever I go there, something new,a little surprise will wait for me. I will mever get tired of sushi.
